Jitterbugg. Kakan som vi minns från vår mormors kakfat och som vår morfar inte kunde sluta äta..
Vår mormor gjorde alltid "Jitterbuggarna" rosa och därför har det blivit naturligt för oss att baka dem så också.
Spröd mördeg möter seg maräng = en lyckad kombination. Sedan är dem lite extra fina och syns lite mer på kakfatet än andra småkakor helt enkelt.

Dom kakorna väcker minnen! Jag minns att jag bakade dessa kakor riktigt i början när jag hade lärt mig att baka. Och det var inte igår;) Sen så har dom fallit i glömska.
Borde kanske ta och göra dom igen för goda är dom!
