Ett bröd som inte behöver jäsa eller knådas.. Bara blanda ihop och hälla ner i brödformen! Enkelt och ljuvligt gott. Passar fint som tillbehör till julbordet eller bara till helgens mysfrulle.
Du behöver
2,5 dl vetemjöl
2 dl rågmjöl
1 tsk bikarbonat (2 tsk bakpulver går lika bra)
1 tsk salt
1 dl hasselnötter
0,5 dl solrosfrön
1 dl pumpakärnor
4-5 fikon skurna i bitar
3,5 dl filmjölk
1-2 msk flytande honung
Dekorering
Pumpakärnor
Lite flingsalt
Gör så här:
Sätt ugnen på 175 grader (varmluft).
Blanda alla torra ingredienser i en bunke tillsammans med fikon, nötter och fröer.
Tillsätt filmjölk och honung.
Rör ihop till en kladdig deg.
Smörj in en avlång brödform med olja och häll ner degen där i.
Toppa brödet med pumpakärnor och lite flingsalt.
Grädda i ugnen ca 45 min tills brödet fått en fin skorpa.
